Our company again successfully designed and manufactured a set of roller transportation type airless shot blasting pretreatment line for Dalian New Shipyard, which currently entered the stage of installation and test; The steel pretreatment line included continuous through type shot blasting machine, automatic painting equipment, drying machine and automatic loading/unloading workpiece equipment, which was mainly used in shot blasting of shipbuilding steel, the rust, oxide skin and filth removal to get perfect cleanliness and certain roughness; After shot blasting drastically, the steel would be coated a temporary anticorrosion coating .

The normal width of steel pretreatment line was 800mm to 4.5m and the processing speed was from 1.0m/min to 5.0m/min.  Pretreatment line mainly aims to carry out oxide skin removal, rust removal, spraying the protective primer and other surface pretreatments of the plate materials, profiles, steel components and so on, which are used for constructing container ships, large bulk carriers, oil tankers, gas vessels, chemical carriers, drilling platforms, port machinery and other ocean engineering projects.
