The roller transportation airless shot blasting pretreatment line for Dalian Shipping Heavy Industry Group Corporation, has entered installation and test stage recently. The pretreatment line was designed and built by SHLiangshi machine equipment company, including continuous through type shot blasting equipment, automatic spraying paint equipment, drying equipment, automatic control loading/unloading parts equipment, which was mainly used in steel plate shot blasting in shipbuilding, rust removal to attain perfect cleaning effect and definite roughness; After thorough shot blasting,the steel plate will be coated a plat of casual anticorrosion dope.
According to introduction, the width of steel plate pretreatment line was 800mm to 4500 mm, disposal speed was from 1.0m/min to 5.0m/min.The pretreatment line mainly aimed at oxide skin removal, rust removal, spray- paint surface pretreatment of plate, profile steel member in building container ship, large-model bulk cargo ship, tank ship, natural gas ship, chemicals transport ship, drilling platform, port machinery and other ocean engineering projects.
