At 8:30 in the morning of May 19th, teachers and students who had already been in the field came to Liangshi. Under the guidance of the members of our reception team, they stepped into the multi-functional conference hall on the 4th floor of our company.

As the finale of this special incubation training, two heavyweight lecturers in the field of quality management were specially invited to give wonderful lectures to the students. First, they were surrounded by Mr. Liu Yuliang, the executive director of the 2014 Shanghai Quality Gold Awards and Jialan Group. "Customers and the market", combined with the practical experience of the Jialan Group, to explain and share the exchanges with the participants.
Then, Mr. Ding Ming, a senior evaluation expert of the Shanghai Municipal Government Quality Award, described the four stages and 11 steps of brand management from the purpose, center and content of brand building, so that the participants deeply understood the brand concept and systematically grasped the brand. The principles and methods of management will bring inspiration to the students in the future practice.
After the lunch, the teachers and students walked into the hall of our company, and under the leadership of Liangshi Intelligent Lingdong, they visited and learned more about our corporate culture and the development concept of good time intelligence.
Afterwards, everyone led by Ling Dong and the vice president of the marketing department, led into the intelligent production and R&D workshop, and experienced the good-time corporate culture and on-site management.

In the afternoon, Mr. Si Ling introduced the development and growth direction of Liangshi's intelligence at the meeting. The teachers and students present at the meeting were deeply attracted by Ling Dong's humorous and meaningful words, and he received warm applause from time to time. After the end of the tenth special training course, a brief and grand closing ceremony was held in our company. The closing ceremony was hosted by Chen Wei, Director of the Fengxian District Market Supervision Bureau, and the Director of the Shanghai Quality Certification Consulting Center, Mr. Gan Weiqiang, made a study summary. Director Gan summarized the four characteristics of the careful planning of the Fengxian District Market Supervision Bureau, the attention of the senior leaders of the company, the active participation of the participants, and the selfless sharing of the enterprises in this round of training, and expressed sincere heart to all participating units. Finally, Deputy Director of the Fengxian District Market Supervision Bureau, Cha Hong, made a concluding remark for the successful completion of this special training event.
