Recently, a group of teachers and students from the School of Mechanical Engineering at Donghua University visited Shanghai Liangshi InteRobot Technology Corporation embarking on a visit and exchange journey of great significance. Chairman Ling Jianmin of Liangshi Intelligent Technology, an outstanding alumnus of Donghua University, warmly welcomed the teachers and students from his alma mater and meticulously prepared a fruitful exchange event.

At the exchange meeting, Chairman Ling vividly shared his learning and entrepreneurial journey, using his own experiences as a framework. From his time at Donghua University to his hard work in the business world, each stage was filled with challenges and opportunities. He encouraged young students to think boldly and act courageously, saying, 'Daring to think and act is key for young people to break through themselves; do not let temporary difficulties hinder your progress.' He urged young people to dare to dream and act, to break free from the constraints of traditional thinking, find their own position in the tide of the times, and pursue their dreams with fearless courage.

Speaking of philanthropy, Chairman Ling has his own unique insights. He uses the timing of engaging in charity as a starting point, emphasizing that hard work and charity should go hand in hand. In his view, hard work is about achieving personal value and creating more wealth for society; while philanthropy is a way to give back to society and spread warmth. When we have achieved certain accomplishments on the road of hard work, we should not forget those who need help, and should actively engage in charitable endeavors, allowing love and responsibility to be passed on in society. This viewpoint deeply touched the hearts of the teachers and students present, sparking strong resonance and leading to a deeper understanding of responsibility and commitment.

During the interactive session, a student curiously asked how to become an OPEN person. Chairman Ling smiled and replied that mindset and attitude are crucial. Maintaining an open and inclusive mindset, actively embracing new things and new perspectives, and facing life's challenges and difficulties with an optimistic attitude are essential for broadening one’s horizons and elevating one’s perspective.Moreover, Chairman Ling repeatedly emphasized the importance of continuous learning, stating, "Knowledge is the foundation of progress; only by constantly enriching ourselves and empowering our actions with knowledge can success come closer to us." He pointed out that in this era of information explosion, only through continuous learning can we keep pace with the times, making knowledge a powerful support for our progress. As long as we persist in learning and arm ourselves with knowledge, success will not be far away.

During the visiting session, teachers and students entered the factory workshop of Liangshi InteRobot, observing up close the production and operation processes of various advanced equipment. Inside the workshop, an AI smart programming-free spraying robot used for valve coating was undergoing precise testing. Another dual-robot numerical control shot peening reinforcement device suitable for aerospace precision components was being installed and debugged; it employed multi-gun collaborative technology with dual robots, showcasing a high level of automation and intelligence. Teachers and students paused to observe, praising the equipment's precise structure and efficient performance, gaining a more intuitive understanding of Liangshi Intelligent's strength in technology research and production manufacturing.

This exchange activity between Donghua University teachers and students and Liangshi InteRobot provided not only an opportunity for face-to-face interaction with entrepreneurs but also allowed everyone to gain valuable life experiences and wisdom from Chairman Ling's sharing.
