Electrical worktable trolley for sandblasting room
Conveyor trolley adopts the frame structure, ZGMn13 back plate is installed on the trolley, to prevent harming trolley base material when the spray gun is working. The trolley uses the hoist to drag it, while the wire rope slide on the exclusive pulley to make the wire rope not mop the floor in the progress of marching.
The two single trolleys are used in placing workpiece and transport it in and out of sandblasting booth, the manual push trolley is used to drive the two single trolleys in and out of sandblasting booth.
The manual push trolley and sing trolleys are connected by the spline shaft, when the trolley reaches the designated spot, the connection part between the single trolley and driving trolley can be departed.

When it is sandblasting, the working vehicle can be moving at horizontal and vertical direction, and lifting or depressing. All the electric appliance are explosion proof of first class. All the operating switches are on the mobile vehicle, convenient for the operator to operate. Meanwhile, the working vehicle is installed with safety device, to insure the vehicle park at a certain position when the power is off. The three-dimension worktable has enough strength and place to place sandblasting/paint spraying pipeline, spray gun for workers to sandblast or paint spray.
