Overview of Sponge Abrasive Sandblasting Machine

Advantages of Liangshi Sponge Abrasive Sandblasting Machine: This machine adopts automatic touch screen control, and the sandblasting parameters are clear at a glance. Gas sand separation avoids sand plugging and pulse phenomena to the greatest extent. Mobile design, convenient for flexible use in various places.

The sponge sand abrasive used greatly reduces sand blasting dust compared to traditional abrasives, making it more environmentally safe. When the sponge sand impacts the surface of the workpiece, the sponge is compressed, and the abrasive wrapped in the sponge impacts the surface again. When the sponge rebounds and expands, the space originally compressed by the sponge forms a negative pressure zone, adsorbing the dust generated around, making the environment almost dust-free. After rebounding, the speed of the sponge sand decreases, and it will not cause impact damage to surrounding equipment, instruments, ground walls, etc.

After use, the sponge sand is recycled and screened by a vibrating screen to remove excessively fine and damaged particles and oversized debris, leaving a sponge sand that can continue to be used, ensuring uniformity and consistency of sand blasting quality.
