KLT series settlement type cartridge filter
KLT series settlement type cartridge filter is mainly used in the collection of floatable dust and particles , which is a part in the production process for controlling the air pollution. It can ensure the high efficient successive dust collection. This machine has the advantage of stable operation, more processing air, small volume, convenient maintainence.
The dust contained air enters into the KLT deduster through the top inlet, passing through the cartridge filter, and the dust is collected on the surface of cartridge filter, the filtered clean air enters into the clean air booth through the cartridge center and exhausted through the fan.
The cartridge filter can clean the ash automatically and intermittently, in a given time only one unit of cartridge filter is cleaning ash offline. In the process of cleaning ash, the impulse spray control meter plugs in of the electro-magnetic pulse valve to make the corresponding diaphragm valve to spray impulse high pressure air, so the dust attached on the surface of cartridge filter can be removed and dust fall into the dust hopper and then into the ash collecting barrel.
The cartridge filter adopts high-performance fiber integration filter material produced by USA Donaldson Corp, for dust particles of 0.5um the collecting efficient can reach up to 99.99% to insure the dust content of exhausted air is less than 5mg/m3.
