High bear resistant shot blasting room

The frame of shot blasting room adopts section steel welding double-layer structure, lining with high bear resistant board to protect the booth from high speed splashing shots and reduce noise. The surface of booth can reach Sa2.5 class after sandblasting, coating epoxy zinc rich base paint and two top paint, the equipment is good-looking and has good corrosion protection function.

Shot generator (double-silo successive shot blaster)

The double-silo successive shot blaster is controlled automatically by upper and lower silos, the upper silo is the storage silo, the lower is the working silo, when working, the lower silo of shot blaster is in a pressure status, the closed valve of lower silo will close the feeding throat. At this time, the upper silo will accept the feeding.
In the process of feeding, as the two silos are in the same pressure, the shot blasting will not be effected, when the shots from the upper silo enters the lower silo, close the inlet valve of upper silo, open the outlet valve of upper silo, release the pressure of upper silo, the feeding throat will be open again, to accept the material.
