Gas wire melting spraying equipment
Use with oxygen - acetylene gas, propane gas or the like as a heat source a combustible gas, compressed air (or other inert gas) as the atomization, transportation, cooling power, using gas or electricity to the wire feed driving force, after the single wire to melt sprayed into the after surface pretreatment of a melt to obtain the desired coating spray coating device.

Reach more than 1 class 3 level dry and clean compressed air system::air flow rate≥1.5M3/min,air supply pressure≥0.7MPa；
Security oxygen - acetylene gas and equipment;
Surface pretreatment equipment: blasting machine, shot blasting machine, EDM napping machine;
Operating personnel protective equipment.
