This set of shot blasting line of elevator guide rail adopts continuous roller transport way, with PLC to automatically control loading/unloading parts. This equipment can eliminate internal stress of guide-rail in efficient to prevent guide-rail from distortion after being treated, remove oxidation skin on the guide-rail and strengthen paint adhesion, which possessing good efficiency. It is mostly suitable fro cleaning and strengthening of such elevator parts as solid guide-rail and hollow guide-rail.
This series shot blasting equipment is characterized by high efficient and energy conservation, shot-blasting at high speed, high automatization, long life and convenient to replace wearing parts. It is applicable to shot blasting and strengthening treatment of batch of parts like narrow band section bar.
