  For wind power equipment, the substrate includes various types of steel, including steel with metal coatings on the surface, as well as steel after electrophoresis. Of course, physical or chemical pre-treatment is also required before metal spraying, immersion coating, or electrophoresis on steel to ensure the adhesion between the metal coating or electrophoresis layer and the steel.

Pre treatment refers to the surface treatment of a substrate before coating or metal spraying, which can be a single chemical or physical pre treatment, or both. The purpose of pre-treatment is to remove oil stains on the surface of the substrate, increase the surface roughness of the substrate, or form a thin protective film to increase the adhesion with the coating, thereby improving the anti-corrosion effect.

The wind turbine uses yaw bearings installed at the connection between the tower and the cockpit, and pitch bearings installed at the root of each blade and the hub connection.
